Covid-19 Update (Novel Coronavirus)
During these uncertain times we would like to share the following information.
Firstly, the precautionary measures we have implemented with an aim to mitigate the spread of Covid-19 (Coronavirus).
Secondly, aim to provide greater flexibility to our guests around existing and future bookings.
If you are unwell, we ask you to avoid travel and seek medical attention.

***CHANGES IN FACILITIES***

As part of the government’s emergency response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are closing some facilities to enable social distancing. We are not offering restaurant facilities (we are still providing room service breakfast options) or access to the pool area at this time. Currently we are only accepting "Essential Travel" reservations to remain in line with current government restrictions. Our Reception team may contact you prior to your reservation to confirm your reason for travel.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. These changes will be enforced until the next stage of restrictions is lifted starting June 1st 2020, with more information to come closer to the date.
As always, our team is available 24 hours for any questions you may have.
PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES POLICY
✔ Hand sanitizer is provided for your convenience in your room and in the Reception area. When visiting the Reception area, please use the hand sanitizer provided before engaging with staff.
✔ To maintain social distancing, please maintain a 1.5m distance from others. Access to the restaurant, pool, guest laundry and sauna facilities is closed during this time.The Reception area currently has a maximum of 1 guest at all times and there are markings on the floor, guiding you on where to stand.
✔ We will continue to adjust food and beverage service in accordance with current food safety recommendations.
✔ Cash payments or security deposits will not be accepted during this time.
✔ We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas such as lobbies, elevators and public bathrooms and have continued the use of hospital-grade disinfectant.. Housekeeping staff will be wearing gloves and masks, and may ask you to put on a mask or to vacate the room while they clean. We appreciate your cooperation on this matter.
✔ We will continue to provide ongoing briefings and enhance operating protocols. We have placed additional signage around the property to remind everyone on precautions to take to reduce the spread of germs.
EXISTING AND FUTURE RESERVATIONS
To ensure the flexibility of existing and future bookings we have applied the following cancellation policies. This includes even those described as "non-cancellable" (“Advanced Purchase”).
✔ Existing reservations made prior to 01/04/2020 – can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
✔ New reservations made after 01/04/2020 – can be cancelled and exchanged with the issue of a credit voucher to be used within 12 months of the original reservation arrival date. Guests will still be required to organise this up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled arrival date.
