Covid-19 Update (Novel Coronavirus)
During these uncertain times we would like to share the following information.
- Firstly, the precautionary measures we have implemented with an aim to mitigate the spread of Covid-19 (Coronavirus) and provide safe accommodation in Geelong.
- Secondly, aim to provide greater flexibility to our guests around existing and future bookings.
If you are unwell, we ask you to avoid travel and seek medical attention.

You can travel between regional Victoria and metropolitan Melbourne! There are no limits on how far you can travel or the reasons you can travel. You do not need a permit to travel. The 25km limit on how far you can travel no longer applies. You can book accommodation to share with the people you live with, your intimate partner, and up to two other people and their dependents.
Additionally, we also are not accepting guests who have returned from overseas travel in the last 21 days, to provide additional protection for our guests and staff.
CHANGES TO FACILITIES AND PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES
✔ Cash Payments are not accepted during this time.
✔ Temperature Checks will be carried out for all individuals entering the property, including guests on arrival and staff. Individuals recording higher than 37.5 degrees on 2 consecutive attempts will be unable to enter the hotel.
✔ Contact Tracing data will be provided to the relevant authorities if we are advised a guest has tested positive for COVID-19 and it is suspected they were carrying the virus during their stay with us. If you are unwell, we ask you to avoid travel and seek medical attention.
✔ Property Cleaning in all common areas and high touch points has increased in frequency. We continue the use of hospital-grade disinfectant in these areas.
✔ Arrival Rooms will be provided with an arrival service. Sanitizing all high touch point items i.e television remotes, a/c remotes, door handles, light switches. In-room housekeeping services have been suspended. Refresher packs are available upon request. Room use between guests will alternate to provide a 24 hour guest free period whenever possible.
✔ Hand Sanitizer is provided for your convenience in your room and in the Reception area. Hand sanitizer stations have been installed throughout the property.
✔ Social Distancing is important. Please maintain a 1.5m distance from others. The Reception area currently has a maximum of 1 guest at all times. Access to the pool area is still prohibited at this time. Signage has been installed to remind all guests of these important measures.
✔ Food & Beverage service will continue to be adjusted in accordance with current recommendations. Breakfast is available daily via room service.
✔ Mini Bars have been removed from all guest rooms. We now offer a range of "Cheeky Treats" to satisfy your cravings during your stay delivered to your room 24/7.
✔ Contactless delivery of room service breakfast and "Cheeky Treats 24/7" items enables you to enjoy our services without having a staff member enter your room.
✔ Staff trainingin COVID-19 infection control, usage of PPE, cleaning protocols and thermal testing of staff has been implemented to ensure the health and safety of all our employees. All staff have completed the Infection Control Training course from the Australian Government and Aspen Medical.
EXISTING AND FUTURE RESERVATIONS
To ensure the flexibility of existing and future bookings at we have applied the following cancellation policies. This includes even those described as "non-cancellable" (“Advanced Purchase”).
✔ New reservations for guests that reside in Melbourne Metropolitan area, made between July 7th and Sep 12th 2020 can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
