What is the check in time? Check in is from 2pm onward. Reception is staffed 24 hours so there is always someone here whenever you arrive!
Can I get an early check in? This is subject to availability, please contact us on +61352447700 or alternatively email us on firstname.lastname@example.org prior to your check in.
What time is check out? Can I get a late check out? Departure is by 10am but can be extended subject to availability. Please contact reception team to request a later departure time.
Can you store my luggage? Yes! Luggage storage is available free of charge for if you arrive prior to your room being available, or if you wish to leave your bags and explore Geelong on your departure day.
What do I need to bring on arrival? On arrival you will need to provide a valid photo identification (driver’s license, passport, etc.), and a credit card. A credit card pre-authorisation of up to a $250 to cover incidentals will be processed during check in.
What is a credit card pre-authorisation? A pre-authorisation is a temporary hold of funds on the “available balance” of a credit card provided. This amount is to cover items such as accommodation and incidental charges, security deposit and possible damages.
What is the cancellation policy for my stay? Your specific cancellation policy is described on your confirmation email in the “Summary of Charges” section.
Is there a hotel shuttle service to/from the airport? Shuttle services are available from Avalon and Tullamarine Airports to Geelong Railway Station, which is approximately a 1.5km to the hotel.

Is parking available? Parking is available to our guests free of charge, with a maximum of 1 vehicle per room and is subject to availability.
Do you have cooking facilities in your rooms? Only our apartment rooms have full kitchens including a stove top, microwave, oven, washing machine, dryer, fridge and kettle.
Are smoking rooms available? Bayside Geelong hotel is a non-smoking premises and all rooms are smoke/vape free. There are dedicated smoking areas on the property to reduce the effect on other guests.
When will I be issued a Tax Invoice? Your tax invoice will be available on departure and can be printed or emailed to you.
What are the benefits of Choice Privileges? I think I left some belongings behind! Do you store lost property? Yes, we do! It is the guests responsibility to contact our Reception Team with any enquiries for items they may have left behind. We store all lost property items for a period of 1 month only, and are unable to store perishable items including food.
